Dosage and method of administration:
The route of administration is exclusively oral. Performance: Administer 3 scoops (30 g) one hour before competition. Transport: Administer 3 scoops (30 g) two hours before transport. If transport is prolonged, administer 3 more scoops every 8 hours. The scoop equals 10 g.
